Blendabilities are [nearly] in da house !

Blendabilities are Stampin’ Up(s)! own Alcohol Markers.  They will be available to customers on the 1st July.  The first lot of colours that will be available to purchase are :-
·  Cherry Cobbler (Item No.130995)
·  Coastal Cabana (item No.131000)
·  Daffodil Delight (item No.130998)
·  Old Olive (item No.130999)
·  Pumpkin Pie (item No.130997)
·  Rich Razzleberry (item No.131003)
·  Skin Tone Assortment (item No.129370)

The markers are packed in sets of THREE (light, medium, dark) for £10.95 per set.
In addition, the following accessories will also be available.
·  Memento Black Ink Pad (item No.132708) - £5.50
·  Memento Black Ink Refill (item No.133456) - £4.50
·  Colour Lifter (Item No.129369) - £4.50
So, I can hear you all cry "Why Memento Ink" ? Because ... it’s a Dye Ink and is not activated by alcohol based products.

Here are some of my samples that I have made using the Blendabilities.  I have stamped and coloured two images of each starting with the lighter shade of marker going into the darker shade.  Then on the other image, I have started with the darker marker, going down to the lighter shade.  Can you tell which is which ?

My personal opinion is that they are a lot better than Promarkers, but not quite as good as Copics .. and I only say that because Copics are refillable, and ours aren't. The other bonus to the Stampin Up alcohol markers, is that ours are available in sets of 3 (and are cheaper, but money aside ...) and they have a dark shade, medium shade and a light shade - they are all hues of each other - and it therefore saves you shed loads of time, matching them up to blend.

What's the Colour Lifter Carole ?

I absolutely love the colour lifter ! If you go 'over the edges' you can literally 'lift' the colour back into the image. It's not a rubber as such as it won't completely remove the ink, but it 'lifts and shifts' it !
For the money, the Stampin' Up! Alcohol Markers are not far off the quality of Copics, but Copics just have that 'bit more' if you know what I mean. However, I don't have Copic cash, and ours are an amazing alternative !
Incidentally, the remaining 6 colour assortments will be available to customers on the 1st August.
