A little bit of Monica, Erica, Rita, Tina …. and a video !

I don’t know why, but Mambo Number 5 popped into my head while working on my This & That Journal ! So I did a google search for the lyrics, and can only think that its because I keep calling it ‘A Little Bit of This & That’ !  Anyway, the song is stuck in my head, and I’m ‘mambo-ing’ all over the place …

So yes, you’ve read right – I’ve started my journal. I decided in the end to do a journal of my favourite things as it covered base with a wealth of topics … my family, my friends, my favourite places, food, clothes, handbags etc. etc…. This led me on to thinking about completing a ‘mood journal/book’, or a special event journal as I have a couple of  special events coming up).  That then led me into thinking about when I was a little girl, and how I loved the now, old fashioned scrapbooks when I used to cellotape EVERYTHING into it … my friends daughters would all love to do something like this – so I can imagine a very expensive Christmas coming up !!  Thankfully, the bundles are on offer at the moment – 15% discount, so I am going to order a couple extra while the offer is on.

I now have a HUGE headache from all this thinking that I’ve been doing !

This & That Part 1

Anyway, these are the pages that I’ve completed to date, and I hope you like what I have done with them.  I chose to grunge this journal to within an inch of its life, but intend to make the next ones very pretty-pretty !

Once I work out how to edit the second video to shorten it, I’ll show you how I made the covers, in stages.
