For no good reason its a Scrapbook Sketch !

Evening everyone !

Here’s a scrapbook sketch for you to play along with.  It would be great fun if you would link to your creations in the comments section, and share your work with everyone.

I often find that my mojo just disappears, and I have no idea what I would like to create.  I do know that I want to scrapbook, so that’s the start for me.  Then I have a good old cyber search for scrapbook sketches and see if anything ‘takes my fancy’.  I then have a look for the photographs that I think will suit the sketch, and then papers, cardstock and embellishments.  That is my thought process when I’ve lost my mojo … or even when I am just thinking about how I want my layout to proceed.  Maybe you have a different thought process, so come on, what’s yours ?!?!?

I created the following layout from the sketch using Stampin Ups retired Tea for Two papers.  You can purchase these papers from the new main catalgoue as they have been produced in a different colour way ! YAY !!

Anyway, its getting late, and I have a good book calling me … Don’t forget – please link your creations if you accept the challenge !

The weekend begins NOW !

… well it does for me ! 

Its our 2 Day SUMMER Retreat/Crop weekend, and I can’t wait for everyone to start arriving !  It is guaranteed to be a weekend of fun, laughter and creativity.  What more could you ask for ? I am so looking forward to seeing old and new friends, and being able to share what I love with other like-minded crafters. I’ll be sure to post photographs after the weekend, so keep your eyes peeled ..

Anyway, I will leave you with my TWO takes on ONE sketch.  The first one is made using MDS and the second layout is the basis of a layout using lots of NEW products that are launching in the NEW Autumn/Winter catalogue.  The layout isn’t finished – it needs embellishing more … so what would you add to it ??  Let me know.
