SCRAPBOOK KITS TO GO !

In August, I am running a 2-3 day Crop in Croydon.  All of the places have now sold, but I am making the scrapbook kits for the crop available to you to pre-order!

Below are sneaky peaks of the layouts, and they are available to you for £5.50 per kit – and include enough products to complete TWO layouts at least AND the instructions will be included for the main layout.

There are 6 available kits, and they will be posted out to you first class on the 6th August – just in time for you to ‘virtually’ join in the merriment !  Payment will be due by the 26th July so that I can order the products and pack them ready to post out to you.

Demonstrators:  The instructions only, are available to purchase at £2.50 per kit, and will be available on the 11th August.

Technique Tuesday, but it’s Sunday !

I couldn’t think of anything to rhyme with Technique that was relevant to a Sunday, so I promise I haven’t gone mad !
A quick thank you to everyone who attended my Rochdale Crop yesterday.  Despite the awful weather, it was a hilarious day full of fun and inspiration, and I even managed to get some work done yay!
Anyway, upwards and onwards with this technique – it’s the Baby Wipe Technique.  As watercolouring is HUGE in all genres of industry at the moment, this technique will help you achieve the watercolour effect without too much effort.
BABY WIPE TECHNIQUE

Supplies Needed

• Plate or Foam Tray
• Baby Wipes
• 2/3 different coloured Reinkers (£2.75 each)
• Cardstock
• Bold rubber/acrylic stamp

Step1: Fold your baby wipe and lay it on a paper plate or foam tray.
Step 2: Place drops of reinkers randomly onto the baby wipe to form your “stamp pad”.

Step 3: Ink up a bold stamp on your make-shift pad

Step 4: Stamp the image onto your piece of card stock.
Step 5: Once image has dried, then you can use it to make up a project.
Note: Another method is to place drops of reinkers on the fold of a baby wipe and pull down your cardstock for a multicoloured stripe effect.

You could also use this technique direct onto a layout using a large background stamp, or use as a mat.

PROJECT LIFE PROMOTION & CLASS (by mail or presence)


Details of my Project Life Promotion, can be found HERE.  As from 10th June (Tuesday), customers will be able to order a small range of the Stampin Up! Project Life products.  The class that I have written up includes Hints & Tips to get you started, Journalling help and tips, traditional scrapbooking techniques that can be included in your pocket scrapbooking and heaps of other help and instructions.  This class is suitable for new scrapbookers and the more experienced.  The class also includes challenges to stretch your creativity !
