ETA extra class - NOW 13 Different Crop Class Kits

As many of you know, I am running a 2 Day Crop on Saturday 6th April and Sunday 7th April (there are 3 places left for Saturday and 4 for Sunday – contact me for more details).  During the weekend, you can :-

• choose to take 6 out of the 12 classes
• choose to take 6 out of the 12 classes and purchase the remaining classes and tutorials(or whichever ones you want)

HOWEVER … for those of you who can’t attend, but would still like to join in, you can purchase the fabulous Class Kits.   Each class kit is £6.50 (except the Mini Album kits which are £15 each), and you will receive all the supplies that you will need to complete each project (lots of extras), together with email step-by-step tutorials (or coloured printed instructions if preferred).  There is a choice of 6 Scrapbooking Classes, 4 Card Classes and 2 Mini Album classes.
If you would like to purchase any of the 2 Day Crop Class Kits, you will need to choose which kits you want, and pay for them by the 28th FEBRUARY, as I am ordering all the supplies needed at the beginning of March.  The kits will not be released until the beginning of April.

(Unwatermarked Tutorials for Demonstrators only are £5 per scrapbook class, £7.50 per album class and £5 per card and box/bag class).

Team Training & Shoes

Well Team Training and a Shoe Box swap !!! 

I had a fantastic time yesterday at our He[art]s team training day.

Firstly, I gave everyone a marketing/strategy talk, which led on to upcoming training events and Convention – did I mention Convention is in Manchester this year – whoop whoop !!! and then, we got to the serious business.

I was never happy with the idea of buying all the products and designing projects for the craft aspect of our Team Training, as I don’t think its fair that I get the sales, when I am asking and helping my team to increase their sales.  Also, the Hearts team has so much talent, that I felt I wasn’t using the resources available  – ourselves !  Sooooo we went with the idea of running our team training ‘crafting’ sessions as a shoe box swap.

A shoe box swap is where each person brings a project that they have designed, and a shoe box full of all the products needed to replicate it. That way, we can show off our individual styles, and also share the sales.  Win-win !

Below, is a sample of just some of the projects that we made yesterday. Oh, and we finished off our session with Emma’s Birthday cake …. nom nom !  Happy Birthday Emma !

Firstly, is Julie’s fun Easter Bunny Box made using the amazingly adaptable cone box die. Isn’t that bunny bottom soooooo cute huh ?!!!

Next is Tammy’s elegant project.  Tammy used the stunning Everything Eleanor stamp set, which is fantastic for both Scrapbookers and Cardmakers.  This is definitely one of my most used sets that I own !

Next is Emma’s extremely pretty project.  Emma used the beautiful Comfort Cafe designer papers.  These had never appealed to me really, but having used them yesterday, they instantly went on my wish list !  Emma also used the gorgeous Secret Garden stamp set with matching framelits.  Isn’t this a beautiful project ?

Lastly for today, is Helen’s stunning card using the Honeycomb embossing folder, and the Oh Hello Stamp Set – I just adore this stamp set, it can be used for both male AND female cards – definitely a winner, and in the new Spring/Summer catalogue !

I will post MY project tomorrow when I will hopefully get a decent photograph of it … and I’ll talk you through it …..  you are gonna love it, I promise !
